Delivery
ToBe212 carries out shipments in Italy and all over the world, using TNT and DHL couriers.
Shipping is free throughout ITALY. Shipment is immediate, at the latest 24 hours after payment or credit (subject to product availability).
The shipment provides for a delivery between 24h or 48h working, excluding smaller islands and Sardinia and Sicily
At the time of shipment, the customer will be provided with the tracking number, so that he can follow the progress of his shipment.
As soon as the payment is authorized (in case of payment by credit card or Paypal) or as soon as the transfer amount is materially credited to our current account at our bank (in case of payment by bank transfer) and the items will be available, orders will be processed as soon as possible.
If you decide not to collect your order, for any reason, you will be charged the return shipping costs.
Christmas orders: Orders placed up to 15:00 on December 20th will be processed with delivery by Christmas.
Summer closure: our company will be closed from July 31st to August 25th 2021. You can buy but your shipment will be processed from August 26, 2021. All returns and exchanges will be processed from August 26, 2021 August. Customer service active only via e-mail: info@tobe212.it
Deliveries outside the European Union are subject to Local Duties and VAT.
Size Replacement
Size replacement is free
In the event that the purchased size is not the right one, we can replace it (subject to availability).
Thanks to our couriers you can take advantage of the replacement service! The courier will collect the package containing the product to be replaced and then deliver the new desired size to you.
You just have to seal the package with the return and wait for the collection, the courier will take care of the rest. Replacement is free only at the first change. A second replacement will cost 15 €.

Returns
Returns are free
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return one or more items without having ever used them, within 30 days from the delivery date and get a refund equal to the price of the returned products.
In the event of a size / product replacement, the term of 30 days from delivery of the original order applies.
However, it is possible to change the items purchased with other products on sale or with another size.
All the products available on this Site are supplied with an identification tag attached with a disposable, numbered security seal.
We recommend that you try the product without removing the tag and without breaking its seal. Therefore it is necessary that the returned items are in the same condition in which you received them, otherwise they will not be accepted.
Please take care to try on the garment purchased, as we will not accept, for any reason, garments that have the single-use security seal broken or with the original hanging tags missing or damaged.
Below are all the instructions you need to follow and, if all information is correct, we will issue the return authorization code so that you can return the package and receive your refund as soon as possible.
To simplify the procedure, we can send the courier for collection directly to your address.
Attention: before sending the goods, check that you have the following requirements:
- You have contacted customer service at the e-mail address info@tobe212.it, to submit your return request.
- The disposable tag is perfectly intact and, therefore, has not been removed from the garment.
- All the labels, in fabric or pendants, are perfectly intact and, therefore, have not been removed from the garment.
- Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally sent to you and must be packed neatly
- Each returned item has not been worn and / or washed and / or ironed and / or treated in any way.
Returns are free
You can use your trusted courier or ask for our courier to collect it from your home.
In the event of a size or product replacement, it is possible for us to activate the EXCHANGE service: delivery of a new product or size upon collection of the size / product to be replaced. Free service valid only for customers in the Italian territory.
In the event of product replacement, the right to return remains within 30 days of delivery of the original order.
If after replacing the product for free, you request the return of your order, the cost of the return will then be € 10.00
To simplify the procedure, we can send the courier for collection directly to your address. Otherwise, we suggest you use an express courier and insure the shipment.
ATTENTION : the package containing the return travels at your own risk and, therefore, we cannot be responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging, delay in delivery to our warehouses.
ATTENTION : if even only one of these conditions is not respected, ToBe212 will not accept the return and the items will be sent back to you at your expense.
If the procedure has been carried out correctly, an e-mail will be sent to you indicating that the return has been accepted and, therefore, we will carry out your refund which will be made by crediting your credit card (if you paid by credit card ) or bank transfer (if you paid by bank transfer) or Paypal credit (if you paid with Paypal).
If, on the other hand, the above conditions have not been respected, you will be notified and we will give you the opportunity to return the garment, to your address, at your expense.
